Once you log in to your account, please go to My Account, scroll down to Helpdesk, click on view tickets and then Create new ticket.

Fill out the form and then submit it.

This process is a bit awkward but helps us with a trackable system so we can give you the best help as fast as possible.  Once you've done this, if you decide to place an order, you can just add your address and then you are ready to roll.
