This site is just one of the ways of purchasing from us - you can also phone, fax, e-mail or even write in to place an order.
Please note we will be closed for Christmas holidays and our annual stocktake from Dec 24th to January 5th
We will not be taking phone orders or shipping out any parts after 23rd December & before January 5th, as we will be enjoying a bit of a break as well as carrying out our annual stocktake.
There will be no 'next day shipments' sent out on the 23rd - sorry.

You can place orders online over this period in the usual way but we will not start shipping again until Monday 5th January.

Two customer portals
There are now two customer portals for you to use:
- one to log in to the e-commerce shopping site to place an order,
- one to log in to the back-office to view order progress, back-orders and pay outstanding orders/invoices.
These two sides of the system are linked by the same e-mail address but you can use different passwords for the different portals.
You can only access the back office portal if you are an existing trade customer or have created an account via the shopping portal.
