You can order parts securely from this website and pay by credit/debit card via our online shop.

 

Use the dropdown menus to find the parts you want.  You can use the 'Search' box to search for part numbers, manufacturer, part description etc. 

  

Browse our catalogue and click to buy online.  Add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.  After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for the details that we need to be able to complete the order.  You can view your order and amend it at any time.

Order turn-round time varies depending on how busy we are - we try to send items out within 2-4 working days but sometimes this may be longer.  Call if something is urgent - for a gig, for example.

 

If parts are showing out of stock you can pre-order them and we will send them out as soon as we can.  We get weekly deliveries from our suppliers.

 

We accept credit/debit card payment.  If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard & Maestro.  You may send your credit card information via the website or over the phone, fax or post if you prefer.

Orders and card transactions are not processed automatically online, so if you make a mistake or want to change your mind you can call/e-mail us to sort things out. Cards are not charged until the goods are dispatched.  Our online shop is fully secure (look for the padlock symbol once you have clicked-through to the checkout) - nobody can intercept your credit card details.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of an increase in price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
